Q: What is the Just Like Sugar® Affiliate Program?
A: The Just Like Sugar® Affiliate Program is a program that rewards you for introducing Just Like Sugar® products, to your customers. By placing banner ads and text links (provided by Just Like Sugar®) on your website, in your software applications, in newsletters, and in email blasts, you can earn 5% of the purchase price for every sale that you generate.

Q: How do I sign up?
A: Applying to the Just Like Sugar® Affiliate Program is easy. Sign up here. Once you complete the affiliate registration form, you will receive an email from us confirming your participation in our affiliate program. The email will also contain your username and password.

Q: What does it cost to join?
A: Nothing. It's free to become a Just Like Sugar® affiliate.

Q: Is my website eligible for the Just Like Sugar® Affiliate Program?
A: Anyone can fill out an application, and we will accept a wide variety of websites into our program. However, we reserve the right to refuse any site that does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of the program.

Q: I live outside the of Australia. Can I join the Just Like Sugar® Affiliate Program?
A: No, we will only accept affiliates from Australia into the Just Like Sugar® Affiliate Program.  All Just Like Sugar® affiliates will be paid in AU dollars.

Q: If I have more than one website, can I place links on all of them?
A: Absolutely. Just log in to your affiliate account, copy the coded Just Like Sugar® links, and place them wherever you do business.

Q: How do I create Just Like Sugar® links?
A: Once accepted to the Just Like Sugar® Affiliate Program, follow these simple steps.

1. Go to www.justlikesugar.com.au
2. Click on the Affiliates link at the bottom of the screen.
3. Click on the Affiliate Login link.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Click Settings Tab at the top of the page.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the setting page.
6. Choose from the various available link types including text links and banner ads to place on your website, in your software applications, or in newsletters and email.
7. Copy and paste the link code carefully into the code of your web pages, newsletters, and email.

Q: How do I track how much money I've earned?
A: To access information on sales, commissions, log into your affiliate account on www.globecharge.com.

Q: When do I get paid?
A: If you earn more than AU$30 in a given month, you will receive a payment about 45 days after the end of that month. If your earnings total less than AU$30, you will receive payment 45 days after the end of the month in which your total earnings reach AU$30.

Terms and Conditions

By entering into the Jacobus Pty Ltd t/as Just Like Sugar(Jacobus) Affiliate Program, the applicant, hereinafter referred to as the affiliate, agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions as stated below.


Jacobus reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement by notifying on this website and/or by email.

The affiliate understands and agrees that any violation of this agreement can result in the immediate termination of this agreement and the forfeit of any and all commissions outstanding to the affiliate.

The affiliate is an independent contractor for Jacobus and as such is neither an employee nor partner of Jacobus . All taxes or other obligations that occur as a result of the affiliate's participation in the Jacobus Affiliate Program are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

The affiliate agrees to deal honestly with Jacobus and will not attempt to artificially inflate referrals or commissions in any way. The affiliate may register for the Affiliate Program no more than once.

Jacobus agrees to pay the affiliate a commission of 20% of the value of any sale referred by the affiliate. In the event of multiple affiliate referrals for any one new customer only one affiliate may earn a commission. In the event of no customer input then the earliest cookie shall be taken as the affiliate of record for that customer.

Commissions are paid via PayPal. Commissions are paid at least 30 days but no more than 60 days after the relevant subscription payment has been received, providing the total amount owed to the affiliate is $10.00(AUD) or greater. If the total amount owed is less than $10.00(AUD) payment is withheld until such time as the balance owed exceeds $10.00(AuD). In the event of a customer refund or chargeback any commissions paid on that subscription are immediately due to Jacobus.

Jacobus reserves the right to change product pricing and available features and services at any time by notifying on this website and/or by email 14 days prior to implementing said changes.

The affiliate agrees to abide by the Jacobus privacy policy.

The following governs the use and promotion of the Just Like Sugar range of products by the affiliate. Jacobus hereby grants you non-exclusive license to use and promote the Just Like Sugar range of products.

You may not promote the Just Like Sugar® range of products by spamming. You may not promote or use the Jacobus service for spamming. Spamming includes but is not limited to the bulk sending of unsolicited messages or the sending of unsolicited emails which provoke complaints from recipients, the sending of junk email, the use of distribution lists that include people or businesses who have not given specific permission to be included in such distributions, email harrassment of anyone including but not limited to transmitting any threatening, libelous, obscene or offensive material, the emailing of age inappropriate communications to minors.

Any promotion of Jacobus and the Just Like Sugar® range of products that results in negative associations or in any way damages the reputation and good name of Jacobus will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate Agreement and may result in legal action.

You shall not use or promote the Just Like Sugar® range of products in any way which violates any city, state, national or international law or regulation, or which fails to comply with accepted internet protocol or etiquette. You shall not attempt to interfere in any way with the Jacobus networks or network security or attempt to use the Jacobus service to gain unauthorised access to any computer system.

You agree to defend, at your expense, any action brought against Jacobus arising out of your promotion or from your willful misconduct. You will indemnify Jacobus from any costs, damages and fees incurred by Jacobus, which are attributable to such a claim. You will reimburse Jacobus the full cost of any and all losses your use or misuse of the affiliate program may incur, and you authorise Jacobus to recover such losses without prior notice by any means.

The information and services included in or available on the Just Like Sugar® web site and through the Affiliate Program may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Jacobus and/or its respectives may make improvements and/or changes in to web site and affilaite program at any time. Jacobus does not represent or warrant that the web site and affiliate program will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Jacobus does not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the affiliate program or the materials made available as part of the affiliate program will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable. Further, Jacobus reserves the right to make changes to any and all parts of Jacobus products at any time, without obligation to notify any person or entity of such changes.
